Pasha II
The "Pasha" is a classical automaton, 32"x12"x24" (H) with 12 movements and a 72-note music mechanism playing three tunes. The action is operated by specially designed heavy-duty winding motor 50 lb-in torque. Pasha does his magic by transporting the girl from one tent to another. There are 5 characters in this scene.
As you see, this second variation of Pasha is not the same as the previous one. In this automaton Anatoly used a different technique of the girl's "disappearance," as well as a new tent design. Furthermore, he changed some characters and the scene in general.
The photographs show the mechanics underneath the base. The most complex and interesting mechanism inside the tent is kept secret by Anatoly.
